A constant reminder...save your work, save often...and then save some more.LOL
Was working on a fantasy style painting yesterday which took quite a bit of time. The bad news is I lost the file " i accidentally unplugged my laptop" to the painting as I had neglected to save said file.

The good new...I was recording the work "which was in two parts" the first half was just over 3 hours "which I had saved"worth of work sped up to just over 4 minutes, the second half was just over two hours long. Now for some more bad news...I was in the last 30 minutes to an hour before said painting would have been finished,"this half I had not saved" when I had my power cord mishap.lol Now me being, me...I tend to take things in stride "meaning I don't freak out or over react easily, if at all". And although I was a little bummed out "about losing the painted file as well as the second half of the video" to me personally...it wasn't a big deal.

Now for some more good news...for whatever reason I restart my laptop and open up the screen capture program I used to record and make my speed paintings "Camtasia", and lucky for me that the program had retained the unsaved footage and I was at least able to share this almost finished version of this speed-painting. So please follow the link watch the video and let me know what you think?
